Trilogy People Performance Consultancy built this free PATHS mobile application. This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This privacy policy has been compiled to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use this application (herein, termed as Service). If you choose to use this Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving our Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

• When registering on our Service, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, birth details for generating personality profile or other details to help you with your experience. You can change your personal information by logging in to your account.

Information pertaining to the questionnaires in this mobile application will be utilized for an effectiveness study for self-awareness, personality and career development. All personal privacy policy will be observed when conducting this study.

This Log Data may include information such as your devices’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when utilising [my|our] Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the application/website that you visit and are stored on your devices’s internal memory.

This Services does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the Service may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information to improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies. If you choose to refuse the cookies, some of the features that make your Service experience more efficient may not function properly or you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur, we will notify the users via in-site notification within 7 business days.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Google
Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. Users can visit our site anonymously. Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or as a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our application. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’ and can easily be found on the page specified above.  We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old, thus this Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 knowingly.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
